(SAMAI) has been retained by the New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) Office of Medicaid Business and Policy (OMBP) to manage elements of the New Hampshire Medicaid Program. This arrangement results from enabling legislation, HB 2, passed in 2005. The primary elements of the program are:
